Rebuild

Build out of Cummins NPower's consolidated, state-of-the-art Engine Rebuild Center was completed in the spring of 2011 and is used to rebuild high horsepower (HHP) engines from 19L and up. The Rebuild Center supports NPower customers in multiple industry segments, including mining and rail. The center is equipped with an HHP engine dynamometer to test and break-in engine performance, as well as a team of highly trained technicians that make sure the work is always done right. A disciplined LEAN manufacturing and Six Sigma process is utilized for continuous improvement and to ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
